Over the last eight years at Lasting Images Photography, we have had so many amazing experiences. I love my work and the wonderful people that I have the opportunity to meet and create with. On any given day I may hear, "this must be the most fun job ever!" It truly is, and with the blog I will hopefully be able to share that fun with you! Who says it's too hot for Family Portraits?

Yes, it was hot. However, starting in the early evening, working with one of the most fun families ever, and photographing some of the prettiest land in Grayson County made for an amazing evening. These are just a couple of the images we created. . .

Art From Your Life!

We had a blast with the Rodriguez family this week as two of their young men leave for college! Having two seniors at one time has made life busy for everybody, but they took a moment to remember a milestone in the life of their family. Magnolia Gardens

Magnolia Gardens in South Carolina is one of the oldest gardens in this country! It was begun in 1676 and is still owned by the Drayton family who planted it all those years ago. We were surrounded by daffodils, magnolias, fruit trees and gorgeous views everywhere we looked. It was an amazing afternoon - full of inspiration!

We spent an afternoon on location in Magnolia Gardens near Charleston, South Carolina. This garden is gorgeous in the spring and I will post some of my landscape images next. I love the interaction between the girls and had a great time capturing all of the laughter and fun!

Check Out Our New Website!

After lots of hours of composing and thousands of images reviewed, we have unveiled our new website! We will be adding more images to our galleries in the future, and new music will be coming.
