Over the last eight years at Lasting Images Photography, we have had so many amazing experiences. I love my work and the wonderful people that I have the opportunity to meet and create with. On any given day I may hear, "this must be the most fun job ever!" It truly is, and with the blog I will hopefully be able to share that fun with you! Chelsea and Blake!

Chelsea and Blake had the most perfect couples session on their wedding day in the tower room of Willowood Chapel in Bells. This image was taken on the spiral staircase. We had a blast and loved sharing their special day. Chelsea was one of our Faces of 2008 Senior Models, so it was amazing to work with her again.

My New Do!

Garrett Patton cut my hair on Monday! The shortest it has been since the eighth grade. I absolutely love it and the confused glances as people see me this week and take a moment to recognize me - that's been fun. Samantha, my youngest daughter captured an image this evening for me to share.

One Perfect Day. . .

Sometimes the stars align perfectly and everything goes exactly right in every way. Saturday was one of those days. Rusty and Vickie chose to be married at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek and we had the honor of capturing the day for them to remember. They and their children were so delightful, the weather was amazing, the cake from the Cake Stand in McKinney was so yummy, and brunch afterward was the perfect finishing touch. We loved

every detail and couldn't wait to share some images with you! Congratulations Rusty and Vickie!

You just never know what you may find in a wheat field in Howe, TX. Victoria was just minding her own business, checking our light levels, being the trusty assistant that she is. . .she never saw it coming! JK, she is REALLY good at photoshop!
