Gorgeous Bride!!

We have waited till now to show these. The wedding was last weekend and it was a great event. We did Lindsey's Bridal Portraits a couple of months ago, and these are just a few of the beautiful images that we created for her!

My New Niece!

I got the call late last night, and couldn't wait to make my way down to Baylor Hospital in Frisco - which on a side note looks more like a shopping mall than a hospital, had valet parking, and webcams in all of the rooms for family to see the new moms and babies - nice! Well, this was a very fun session - Bailey Elizabeth was about 12 hours old and very cooperative. What a sweetheart! Mom, Dad and baby are doing great!

We are busy making the final preparations for the fashion show tomorrow! I thought you might like to see this year's models - they are amazing! We have thoroughly enjoyed working with each of them. There will be door prizes and special giveaways for those who are booking their senior portrait session that day! See you tomorrow (Saturday, October 11th) at Austin College, Wright Center, 2nd Floor at 2 p.m.!

We opened the doors to Lasting Images Photography five years ago. Since that time, my life has been immeasurably blessed by our clients and friends. Every day that we walk through the door, I have to pinch myself that this is my profession, and I am able to share my love for it with you. Thanks to our incredibly wonderful clients, we are busier than ever, more excited about new ideas and thoughts for your portraits, and jazzed about another terrific Autumn filled with portrait sessions!!

It's Already August??!!

I can't believe how time is flying this summer. It must have something to do with how busy we have been here at the studio! After a fun and fact-filled few days in Austin at a photography class, we are back with new ideas, equipment and excitement for the next season! Some of our latest finds are some gorgeous dresses for maternity clients and a new jewelry line that we can't live without. We also found a new background that is going to be awesome for families this fall! We are getting ready to send our oldest daughter to college out of state this month, and that is something that gives you pause. I remember when she was little, it doesn't seem that long ago, and I can't really be old enough to have a child in college, can I?
